VON - Satanic Blood Album Review

Nach mehr als zwanzig Jahren erblickt das längst überfällige, offizielle Debüt der amerikanischen Schwarzwurzler VON das Licht der Welt. “Satanic Blood” bietet neunzehn Mal stumpfen Steinzeit-Black Metal mit fadendünner Gitarre, Drums, die nach geschütteltem Besteckkasten klingen und monotone, todesmetallische Kläffkötervocals, dazu drei bis maximal fünf Riffs an der Gitarre plus Primitivstproduktion. So geht es gnadenlos-überzeugend eine knappe Stunde zu. Keine verborgenen Spielereien unter der pechschwarzen, hässlichen Oberfläche. Neunzehn Mal treffsichere, pfeilschnelle Bösartigkeit minimalistischster Machart. Die hässliche Fratze des Black Metal bleckt ihre Fänge, von denen fingerdicker, armlanger Geifer tropft. Abstoßend und verstörend.‘Jesus Stain’,‘Dissection InHuman’ mit phantastischster Teufelbeschwörungsatmosphäre, und ‘Satanic Blood’ oder der Midtempostampfer ‘Veadtuck’ liefern die nötigen Beweise. Extrempuristen bleiben hier ungestört unter sich. Danke VON!
