Archive demo that originally thought to be lost on one of our old corrupt hard drives from various sessions, luckily some of them were bounced off those onto another. Did tons of mixed media art for all the future releases but it never seemed to surface until now
“Forsaken (Among The Forgotten) demo was another recovered song with a few viable tracks including bass, guitar, & live street audio recordings. Unfortunately, few of the other tracks seemed to be too corrupt & unrecoverable in the end. The original song concept was to serve as an interlude instrumental to tie into the unfinished VON song "Forgotten" meant to go on the final VON album called Dark Gods: Ancient Blood"
"Living in the Tenderloin District in San Francisco decades back, witnessing homeless dying in the streets (as it always had & will be) it was common knowledge. These men, women, families, were mostly discarded, ignored, mistreated, & lived inside a different world & sometimes spectrums altogether. My empathy was slim in my youthful rage filled days, but the lasting impression of a dead person sitting on the street with society passing him by like any other day struck me hard, this is what inspired this song so long ago"
